Thank you to everybody who posted before. And, Richard, in response to what you said before about me already having my chance to check in, I really was not able to check in. I was with family and didn't have internet at the hotel I was staying at. I thought I was leaving Thanksgiving day (in which case, I would have been here) and I would have checked in if I could, I really would have.

Darrah's replacing the person who gets voted out of Auki, so it'll still be 14 people, Richard.

But it SHOULD be 13 is what I am trying to say. There's 14 people left and we're being pushed back one still. It's not fair to those who earned their place in this game.

I don't think one more person will make the game go that much slower. After all, I did not expect to only have 14 left by now, I thought it'd be going slower. Things have sped up with events such as Silas deleting his account, Becky quitting, and the double TC.

Exactly, and it's be a different case if this was a 16 or 18 person game, but we started with 24 people so that doesn't really matter. We were gonna have 13 people left anyway. It's not really fair to bend your own rule one way, but not another that the majority wanted. It's like you can change the rules as you like, but if someone in the game thinks it should go another way then it's a no go. That's just not fair for everyone.

My vote would be to let Darrah come back. She was one of the most active people on our tribe. This check in was done at a bad time with Thanksgiving. The purpose was to get rid of inactives - Darrah is not inactive and has never been.

Yeah but Lindsey was one of the least active people in the game. This check in was done at a bad time with Thanksgiving and the purpose was to get rid of inactives - Lindsey is inactive and always has been.
Fair is fair.

I was talking about Darrah, not Lindsey. I don't care what happens to Lindsey. Darrah has been active the entire game - she's the one I think should get another chance.

Right but the point is if the host wants to follow his own rules then he should keep it as is. Darrah didn't sign in on time, Lindsey did. That's the way the cookie crumbles. If the rules couldn't be tweaked for an inactive be kicked out, why should they be tweaked to let Darrah back in? Let it stay as is. No Darrah, and hopefully Lindsey about to be voted out.

Well that is an understatement, I am going to bed. Good night. I am cool with whatever decision is made.
